A family business for more than 40 years, the company needed a massive website update, one that matched its growing status as a high-end resource for homeowners and builders alike. And this website had to do triple duty, since Indigo is a design consultant, builder and retail showroom. 

On a tight turnaround and budget, Otto got to work. We revised existing copy and removed repetitive content, reorganizing and redesigning the website so that Indigo’s clients could find information quickly.

The new website also streamlined business operations, allowing Indigo to integrate their Customer Relation Management software, which connects and tracks sales, commerce and customer service data. Otto conducted a training session for Indigo employees, and now, the company has a lovely new website—and a more accurate and holistic understanding of their overall business.
